Fantastic looking Elgin...  Original dial is very nice.  Fancy flared and Flexible lugs. Gold filled case is in very good condition.  19 jewel manual wind movement.  Nice size for him or her.  Faceted crystal.  Great looking 40's era Elgin watch.
