WATCHES

Committed to offering a unique collection of vintage watches, Cool Vintage Watches carries a diverse collection of watches in many styles and price ranges. 

All watches are in good working order and carry a year (1-Year) guarantee.  The majority of our watches have been recently serviced and are ready to wear.  Please remember these are pre-owned watches enjoyed by their owners for years.  Some may show their age with possible scratches and/or wear marks.  Time keeping will be close but may not be exact.  We try to be as thorough as possible with our photos and descriptions.

Watch sales are on a first-come first-serve basis since many are one-of-a-kind items.  Watches will be reserved for up to five (5) business days until payment is settled.   

Unless expedited shipping is chose, watches are shipped within three (3) days of payment settlement.  All orders over $500 will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day / Signature Required, to comply with our shipping insurance carrier.

WATCH STRAPS

Accessory orders will be shipped within two (2) days of payment settlement unless expedited shipping is chosen.  Watch straps may be returned for a refund of the purchase amount minus all shipping costs.  Please return within 10 days of the purchase date.

Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item ordered may be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed.  If this should be the case, you will be notified via e-mail of the order status.

GUARANTEE & REPAIR

Watches carry a year (1-Year) guarantee to function properly.  This does not cover misuse or accidents due to dropping or water damage.
  
Repairs – If for any reason, the watch is not working properly upon arrival,  please contact us immediately.  All repair work will be performed by our watchmaker.

Watch Repair Service – We have a staffed certified watchmaker with 40+ years’ experience.   Service is guaranteed for six (6) months.  Warranty covers labor performed and parts replaced.  Owner neglect voids warranty.  Please call for further information.

RETURN INFORMATION

Watches may be returned for a refund less a 5% service fee and all shipping costs with a notification within three (3) business days provided they are received in the exact condition as they were originally shipped.   In store purchases may be returned for exchange or house credit only.  

All CVW watches are sold with a new strap. If the watch is returned with a worn strap...the price of the strap will be subtracted.  The strap will then be returned to the customer.

Credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return.  Please note:  your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected on your statement.

Please notify us of the return by emailing Info@WhatTimeIsIt.net or by calling 816.420.9085.    

  1. A "Return Authorization Number" will be assigned to you.
  2. Repackage the item with a copy of your invoice and note the RAN on the package.
  3. Send the package insured via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Traceable. 
  4. You are responsible for the merchandise until it is received by CVW.

Cool Vintage Watches wants you to feel comfortable with the security of your on-line shopping transactions.

For your shopping convenience, we utilize a very reliable and secure payment processing system by Stripe.   Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, and checkout and payment pages are served over SSL.    

We will not provide any information you submit at our site to any third party except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency.  Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold or given to any other parties.  We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business's personal identifiable information to any third party.
