Late 1940's Universal. Original cream white colored dial with luminous numerals that have darkened. Showing a strong patina. Dial has a great look. Cool pencil styled hands. Center seconds. All steel case with a screw back is in very nice condition. Universal 17 jewel manual wind movement. Nice size for him or her. Smaller wrist. Vintage Universal.
