Watch sales are on a first come first serve basis
since many are a one-of-a-kind item. Watches will be reserved for up to five (5)
business days until payment is settled. Watches are shipped within
3 days of payment settlement.... Unless expedited shipping is
chosen.

Guarantee & Repair Service
Watches carry a
6 MONTH
GUARANTEE to function properly. This
does not cover misuse or accidents due to dropping or water
damage.
Repairs - If for any reason, the watch is not working properly upon
arrival, PLEASE contact us immediately. All repair work will be
performed by our watchmakers.
Watch Repair Service...
Staffed certified watchmaker...40+ years experience.
Service is guaranteed for 6 months. Warranty covers labor
performed and parts replaced when repaired. Owner neglect voids
warranty. Please call for further information.
Watch Straps & Accessories
Accessory orders will be shipped within
2 days of
payment settlement...Unless expedited shipping is chosen. CWS & HR Straps and Venlo Cases may be returned for a
refund of the purchase amount minus all shipping costs. Please return
within 10 days of the purchase date.
Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a
small chance that the item ordered may be out of stock or discontinued when
your order is processed. If this should be the case, you will be notified via
e-mail of the order status.
Gift Certificates
Certificates
may
be redeemable toward any item CVW offers.
Certificate may be mailed to the Recipient - Please indicate their address
in the Ship To: section.
Please redeemed certificate within 6
months of purchase date.

accept Credit Cards,
International Money Orders, Wire Transfers.
Orders paid by Money Orders and Wire Transfers will be held until bank
approval.
Credit Card orders will be thoroughly verified and watches will be
shipped to your Billing Address Only.
If your BILLING ADDRESS cannot be
verified.... We will ask you to pay via a Bank Wire or Money Order.
Unfortunately, due to the high risk of fraudulent transactions,
some residents of certain countries will be asked to make purchases via Bank
Wire Transfers Only. CVW
will contact you if this is the case. All fraudulent
transactions will be reported and prosecuted.

Return Information
Watches may be returned for a refund less a
15% service fee
and all shipping
costs within ten (10) business days provided they are received in the
exact
condition as they were originally shipped. All CVW watches are sold with a
new strap.... If the watch is returned with a worn strap...the
price of the strap will be subtracted. The strap will then be
returned to the customer.
Refunds for
purchases over $500.00 will be issued a company check.
Credits
will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return. Please
note.... your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be
reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.

A "Return Authorization Number" will be assigned to you.
Repackage the item with a copy of the invoice enclosed and RAN on
the package.
Send the package insured via UPS or FedEx or USPS Traceable.
You are responsible for the merchandise until it
is received by CVW.

USPS may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Please note that once the product
is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties,
or import fees that may apply. If charges come back to CVW, the
amount will be charged to your account.
Please do not request CVW
to ship watches as a gift or for a lower value than the purchase
price.
*Note* USPS does not ship valuables to certain countries.
In this case, UPS or FedEx will be utilized - Appropriate charges will be added to
your order.
*Also* Insurance coverage for shipments to
these countries will be limited to $500.00 US.
CVW will not be held liable for any amount over $500.00 US.

Normal delivery days are from Monday to Friday.
If your order is received before 2 p.m. Central Time and the item is in stock,
it will usually be shipped the same day. Out-of-stock items are
ordered daily..... and will be shipped ASAP.
You will automatically be notified via email of your shipments UPS tracking number.
